Lodge 128 Investing in Apprenticeship

Lodge 128 is proud to train and prepare the next generation of Boilermakers for industry. The three week entry level training took place at 128’s training centre in Burlington, ON. The Apprentices will be required to attend 24 more weeks of training during their Boilermaker apprenticeship. The instructor was Blair Allen.

Steward Training Update

From across the country, 51 construction and industrial sector Boilermakers have participated in Steward Training from January 26 to February 2, 2016.

On January 26-27, Boilermakers from three local lodges got together at 128’s Union Hall & Training Centre:

Lodge 128: Bernard Tompkins, Kevin Oates, Karrie Elms, Nickie Lawoie, Lauzon Gaetan, Chris Murphy, Jordan Power, Jason Keeping, David Sifft, Al Dempster, Doug Gale, Matt Mootrey, Christopher McKeown, Fran Guilherme, Kyle Tinney, Michael Burgin, Tanner Siebert and Joey Giroux. Lodge D366: David Lockhart, Guinn Schmalz, Stephanie Slater, Kip Davidson and Pierre Duguay. Lodge D387:Brian Longwell, Jason Bosiey, Jamie Lyons, Mike Gyde, Anthony Wojeiechowski and Jacots Found.
