Notice for proposed amendments to the constitution and other resolutions

Pursuant to Article 2.9 of the Constitution, the Local 128 Secretary Treasurer must submit to Headquarters (by June 4, 2021) all proposed amendments to the International Brotherhood Constitution and/or all other resolutions having to do with the establishment of or declaration of policy in order for them to be reported to the delegates of the 34th Consolidated Convention.  To read the communication from IST Creeden log into Members Only (select “Lodges” in the main menu and then the “Local 128” tab).

To submit a resolution(s) or amendment(s) please ensure that Local 128 receives your submission by email at: with the subject line IBB Resolution Submission no later than May 7th, 2021.  In your type written or clearly printed resolution / amendment, please reference the applicable article and article name that it corresponds to in the current International Brotherhood Constitution.
