Boilermakers Local 128 has donated $1,000 to Our Children, Our Future, a local not-for-profit charitable organization committed to securing a better future for children and their families within the district of Sudbury/Manitoulin. The donation will go directly to the Healthy Food for Kids Program, an initiative dedicated to raising awareness and funds to provide proper nourishment, essential to feeding children’s bodies and minds. Many of the programs at Our Children, Our Future seek to alleviate some of the stress that food insecurity places on families. The organization continues to assist more local families with young children who need real help right now. To learn more about Our Children, Our Future please visit http://ocof.net.

TO ALL MEMBERS OF BOILERMAKERS, LOCAL 128
This will inform you that as per ARTICLE 12.2.2 of the International Brotherhood Constitution, effective January 1, 2020 monthly union dues shall be increased from $42.50 to $44.50.
**Please note that Local 128 is absorbing the additional $5.35 required to meet the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Constitution minimum monthly dues of $48.85**
Please remember that if monthly dues are not deducted by your employer the first week of every month while working, a payment should be made to your local office to keep your membership in good standing. For your convenience, each Local office is equipped for debit and credit card payments.
